RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or for lost or stolen packages.
In the event of damages or scratches caused during transit, we offer a refund or a replacement. However, due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept physical returns of the products.
Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements A refund or replacement will only be granted if you receive the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to our team and we will review the issue. Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund. Please note that due to the limited nature of our releases, replacements are strictly subject to stock availability.
